Copie France Monthly Sales Declaration Form

If you are a business established outside of France and sell refurbished devices directly to French consumers, you have the obligation to pay Private Copying levy.

The organisation responsible for collecting the levy is Copie France. As a seller it is your duty to send them a monthly sales declaration. This has to be done by the 20th each month for the previous month’s sales. In addition to that, Copie France requires you to use a specific template for the declaration.
